Your role as a Retail/E-Commerce Specialist will be prioritizing the below responsibilities:Prepare and maintain sales account reconciliations and investigate discrepanciesPrepare and post journal entries as needed (credit cards fees, sales adjustments, etc.)Accomplishing financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracyPerform and review balance sheet reconciliationsDevelop assign tasks for MEC (Month End Closing) with entries and reportsCollaborating with cross-functional teams and other accounting projectsSupporting audits ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory and compliance standardsRequired Skills, Experience, and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field2+ years of experience in Retail / E-Commerce accountingKnowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS, tax regulations, and compliance standards (plus, not excluding)MS Office Knowledge and familiarity with relevant ERP such as SAP, Dynamics, etc. Other platforms such Shopify, will also be a value added.Analytical skills with a proven track record of identifying/resolving financial discrepanciesEnglish is a must; another language is a value added (plus, not excluding)Apply for this job*indicates a required fieldFirst Name *Last Name *Preferred First NameEmail *Phone *Location (City) *Resume/CV *Enter manuallyAccepted file types: pdf, doc, docx, txt, rtfEnter manuallyAccepted file types: pdf, doc, docx, txt, rtf #J-18808-Ljbffr
