• Develop and enhance high-impact PowerPoint presentations using internal and client content
• Transform draft slides, storyboards, and materials into professional deliverables
• Improve slide structure, visual hierarchy, readability, and communication effectiveness
• Apply consistent formatting, branding, and presentation standards across decks
• Manage presentation updates through stakeholder review cycles
• Act as PowerPoint subject matter expert and maintain templates, themes, and asset libraries
• Utilize advanced PowerPoint features (Slide Masters, custom layouts, SmartArt, charts, navigation, animations)
• Troubleshoot and repair complex files to keep them production-ready
• Design PowerPoint-native graphics, diagrams, frameworks, process maps, and infographics
• Create charts and data visualizations that simplify complex information
• Translate technical content into audience-friendly presentations
• Conduct quality reviews for accuracy, formatting, and brand adherence
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback and manage multiple projects Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years of professional presentation development or PowerPoint specialization
• Proven portfolio showing advanced presentation design and visual communication
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, consulting, agency, or corporate environments (highly desirable)
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Advanced knowledge of Slide Masters, templates, and presentation architecture
• Strong design, information design, and layout skills
• Advanced charting, graphing, and data visualization abilities
• Ability to create sophisticated PowerPoint diagrams and visual frameworks
• Strong storytelling, attention to detail, and quality mindset
• Excellent organizational and project management and collaboration skills
