In this role you lead a 6–8 person Account Management team within the Portuguese Customer Experience unit, reporting to the Head of Account Management for Portugal. You drive customer retention and upsell, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence product and sales strategies. You’ll optimize team performance and recruitment efforts in a fast-growing, startup environment. This is a chance to shape exceptional CX for Spanish customers while supporting Factorial’s growth.

- Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 Account Managers to achieve targets and uphold a culture of ownership and collaboration
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement tailored improvement strategies
- Contribute to recruitment and retention planning with Area and Talent teams
- Design and execute strategies to maximize customer retention and upsell opportunities
- Provide consistent feedback and foster hands-on leadership to motivate the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development, CX, and sales strategies
- Portuguese native speaker and fluent in English
- Experience managing customer-centric contributors in a CX team with a track record in upselling and retention
- Experience in Sales, Customer Satisfaction, or related areas is valued
- Tech savvy with SaaS experience; comfortable with a digital/innovative environment
- Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision making
- Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset and roadblock removal
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
