To learn more about us, visit stradaglobal.com The Role: Integrated into the Application Maintenance Payroll Services department and under the supervision of an AMPS Team Manager, the overall responsibility of an AMPS Exploitation Consultant is to support our outsourced SAP customers Responsible for the execution of routine transactional payroll tasks as per the standard payroll service definition:On-cycle process, Bank file creation, Tax and social ins. Reports, Payslip creation and GL creation Responsible for the completion of validation reports, error logs to closure Produce standard and client specific payroll reports Participate in system and application upgrade testing as instructed by the Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager:Human Ressources Support Package (HRSP), Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) etc. Identify any deviation to Payroll Calendar and discuss with Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager Update and/or maintain procedures and documentation about Payroll process as instructed by the Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager Responsible for the execution of SOC1 Controls related to payroll Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets and ensure that his deadlines are met. Regularly report on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager Understand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture Experience and Skills: Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent through experience Solid verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
