In this role you will define reference architecture for commercial data and AI products aligned with enterprise standards. You will architect integration between data platforms and AI tools to support omnichannel engagement and analytics. You will design scalable, modular solutions that span markets, brands, and data domains. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to guide solution delivery in secure, compliant environments. You will enable full data and AI lifecycle while ensuring GxP and privacy compliance, delivering personalized and impactful experiences across markets.
Responsabilidades- Define reference architecture for commercial data and AI products aligned with enterprise standards
- Architect integration between data platforms and AI tools for omnichannel engagement and analytics
- Design scalable, modular solutions supporting multiple markets, brands, and data domains
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to guide solution delivery
- Enable full lifecycle of data and AI within secure, compliant environments
- Ensure architectural compliance with GxP, data privacy, and consent management standards
- Recommend modern technologies to enhance personalization, targeting, and performance analytics
- Experience leading cross-functional architecture efforts across business, data, and technology teams
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and privacy regulations in pharmaceutical commercial settings
- Experience with commercial pharma data ecosystems such as IQVIA, Veeva, and Symphony
- Familiarity with customer data platforms, identity resolution, and marketing automation tools
- Expertise in integrating solutions across Martech, CRM, and omnichannel systems
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML architectures supporting commercial use cases like recommendation engines and predictive analytics
