NTT DATA in Spain is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and ensure service levels are met through proactive incident management.

You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba knowledge, documenting issues and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to implement fixes while maintaining accurate records for continual service improvement.
