We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock productivity by placing data and intelligence at the core of business processes - and for that, we need you to join us.The Team:This position will be a member of the Strategy & Innovation group, specifically the Market Intelligence team.As part of the Strategy & Innovation function of Celonis, the Market Intelligence team is globally bundling competitive and market insights along with Analyst Relations management, while supporting on White Space analysis and proposals.You will interact with teams and leaders across the business including product management & engineering, product marketing, innovation teams, field marketing, investor relations and communications. This position will work and communicate regularly with the leadership team and critical internal stakeholders to help orchestrate key initiatives as part of the overall Analyst Relations roadmap.The Role:As a Senior Program Manager for Analyst Relations, relationship building and project management come naturally to you as does the ability to succinctly translate product and technology information, customer value, and thought leadership into influential bi-directional relationships with the most influential analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest etc.). Top candidates will be able to create and execute complex program plans and present content to the analysts that we engage with, building on our leadership in process intelligence and adjacent software markets.The work you’ll do:Project Governance: Establish and enforce project governance standards for our participation in industry evaluations (such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Wave reports, Everest PEAK Matrix, etc.), ensuring adherence to project management methodologies, policies, quality standards, and procedures.Monitoring and Performance Tracking: Create and maintain an overview/dashboard of all analyst activities capturing our day-to-day inquiries, proactively distributing relevant reports to stakeholders, scheduling briefings for teams, and usage reports with our top analyst firms.Identify, develop and proactively manage relationships with key analysts/industry influencers to our internal teams and experts to secure bi-directional exchange.Event Planning: Coordinate and plan Analyst Strategy Days, analyst programs at our customer-facing events like Celosphere.Partner with SMEs across Product Management, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, and our Executive team to develop the analyst-facing narrative and tailored relationship approach.Partner with social, content and campaigns teams to fully utilize published analyst research and develop compelling commissioned reports and collateral to support the brand, demand generation, and pipeline goals.Monitor analyst research agenda and coverage, share relevant research with company stakeholders and collaborate with the competitive intelligence team.Contribute (and eventually own) to the communications strategy with an Analyst Relations newsletter, sent bi-monthly to update the Celonis Exec team and key stakeholders on all activities we are collaborating with analysts on.Educate internal audiences about key analyst reports/evaluations/insights, and relevant topics to ensure employees are knowledgeable and able to utilize relevant analyst reports effectively.The qualifications you need:3-5 years experience in the field of Analyst Relations or similar, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and portfolios (Work experience within an analyst firm is preferred).Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and industry best practices.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.Ability to clearly understand and blend the various agenda from internal stakeholders and the analyst to create a thriving analyst program.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to business leaders, or on-stage at one of our events.Ability to achieve results across multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often on short deadlines.Must have strong business and technical acumen gained through professional experience as a self-starter with proven ability to think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative.Nice to Have: Prior experience directly interacting with Gartner, Forrester, IDC and other major IT industry analyst firms.PMP or other relevant project management certifications are desirable.What Celonis Can Offer You:The unique opportunity to work with industry-leading process mining technology.Investment in your personal growth and skill development (clear career paths, internal mobility opportunities, L&D platform, mentorships, and more).Great compensation and benefits packages (equity (restricted stock units), life insurance, time off, generous leave for new parents from day one, and more).Physical and mental well-being support (subsidized gym membership, access to counseling, virtual events on well-being topics, and more).A global and growing team of Celonauts from diverse backgrounds to learn from and work with.An open-minded culture with innovative, autonomous teams.Business Resource Groups to help you feel connected, valued and seen (Black@Celonis, Women@Celonis, Parents@Celonis, Pride@Celonis, Resilience@Celonis, and more).A clear set of company values that guide everything we do: Live for Customer Value, The Best Team Wins, We Own It, and Earth Is Our Future.About Us:Celonis helps some of the world’s largest and most esteemed brands make processes work for people, companies and the planet.
