Job Title: Sales SpecialistAmazon Ads is the digital advertising arm of Amazon and one of our fastest growing businesses. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional teams and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving.Key Responsibilities:Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clientsScale Twitch GTM strategies across sales teamsDevelop and implement bespoke industry strategies within assigned verticalsProvide advertiser and/or vertical related insights and collateral to sales teamsPartner with sales and marketing teams to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomesRepresent Amazon Ads externally at industry events to drive upfront and annual commitmentsDetermine the right goals, inform decisions, and help design scalable, long-term solutions that meet shared objectivesLeverage an entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex problems, with solutions tailored for each customer and made as simple as possibleAssess, develop, and advise senior leaders on overall business strategyMinimum Requirements:5+ years of B2B sales experience7+ years of digital media ad sales experienceExperience closing sales and revenue generationExperience managing internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders, including Sales, Account Management, and Product groupsExperience supporting GTM strategies, with an emphasis on packaging, positioning and messagingDemonstrated ability to close sales and generate revenue, with a focus on delivering long term customer driven outcomesManage customer objection handling and suggest alternative solutions as necessary to maximize the partnership opportunityExcellent communication skills (written & verbal), including the ability to present complex topics both in person, over the phone, and through concise document writingDemonstrated strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of dataBachelor's degree or equivalentExperience in working in a product facing role or working directly with product teamsDevelop product and sales strategies that uniquely position products in marketExperience selling nascent products and/or servicesExperience dealing with results, metrics and data management and a desire to create and build new processesExperience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partnersExperience in generating and delivering big ideas that deliver new ad revenue streamsDemonstrated ability to drive simpler and scaled workflows for internal teamsDemonstrated ability to operate autonomously while defining and delivering priorities amidst ambiguityAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
