Your Role

We are looking for a Vice President of Artificial Intelligence who is passionate about AI innovation and always looking for new ways to tackle complex issues. As our VP of AI, you will be in charge of leading both the strategic vision and the hands‑on technical execution of our Artificial Intelligence department, multiplying our product capabilities around our core AI technology. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our AI roadmap aligns with market demand and company growth, working cross‑functionally with the entire company from day one. This role is envisioned as a critical executive leader bridging high‑level AI strategy with day‑to‑day engineering execution, driving our massive second‑phase projects focused on Generative AI and Agents. The usual day‑to‑day tasks include leading AI research and development, architecting and optimizing computer vision solutions using PyTorch and TensorRT, prototyping new LLM/LVM integrations, overseeing cloud‑based MLOps pipelines, mentoring AI researchers, and collaborating with executive leadership to shape product growth. The role will be completely in English, and CVs/resumes in other languages will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Execute: Drive the technical vision and hands‑on execution of our AI initiatives, combining high‑level strategic leadership with deep, recent technical involvement.
• Report & Strategize: Report directly to the CTO, operating as a core member of the executive leadership team to align the AI department’s goals and architecture with the company’s overarching business strategy.
• Drive Internal AI Productivity: Empower the entire organization with state‑of‑the‑art AI tools, models, and capabilities, establishing best practices and building an agentic framework that redefines how every team operates to dramatically boost productivity and execution velocity across the company.
• Advance Computer Vision: Architect and optimize our core visual recognition models, our daily bread and butter, using Python, PyTorch, and TensorRT for peak performance in production.
• Pioneer LLMs, LVMs & Agents: Lead the research, development, and deployment of our large‑scale, next‑generation projects leveraging Large Language Models, Large Vision Models, and AI Agents to multiply our product capabilities.
• Scale MLOps & Pipelines: Architect automated MLOps pipelines across cloud environments, streamlining training, optimization, deployment, and high‑performance inference.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams from Day 1 to align AI development with business goals and multiply products on top of the company’s core.
• Mentorship & Organization: Build, organize, and mentor a high‑performing team of AI experts, fostering an efficient, collaborative engineering workflow.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning, with a proven track record of both strategic executive leadership and recent, hands‑on technical execution.
• Core Computer Vision: Deep, indispensable expertise in computer vision, Python, and the PyTorch development framework.
• Optimization & Deployment: Strong, practical knowledge of TensorRT for the optimization and acceleration of machine learning models.
• Generative AI & Agents: Recent, demonstrable experience working with LLMs, LVMs, and AI Agents, bringing these highly relevant technologies into production‑ready software solutions.
• Cloud Integrations & MLOps: Proven experience integrating AI/ML workflows with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Vertex AI) and building robust MLOps practices. Familiarity with orchestration and infrastructure tools (e.g., Kubeflow, Terraform) is a plus.
• Advanced AI Research Topics: Deep understanding of one or more research domains, such as knowledge distillation, multi‑objective optimization, quantization, Mixture‑of‑Experts (
