Overview
As a B2B Content Writer in Marketing, you shape complex life sciences topics into clear, audience-focused content. You will partner with subject matter experts to craft a range of formats and amplify content across channels. You’ll drive content strategy, execution, and measurement to engage buyers at all stages. This role supports cross-functional marketing initiatives and aims to build a scalable library of high-impact content. You’ll work in a mission-driven, collaborative environment that values speed and customer success.

- Partner with subject matter experts to create diverse content formats (blogs, white papers, ebooks, infographics, videos, social content)
- Expand content value by converting high-performing assets into derivative pieces for multiple channels and markets
- Build and execute content strategies aligned with short- and long-term marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to map and optimize content across the buyer journey
- Maintain messaging quality through strong grammar, writing, and style
- Measure content performance and optimize based on results
- Develop standards, processes, and tools to improve cross-functional workflows
- Stay current with content marketing trends and propose new ideas
- 3+ years of editorial experience in B2B tech/enterprise software
- Strong portfolio showing ability to translate complex topics for expert audiences
- Ability to drive strategy while writing and editing across formats
- Multi-tasking and prioritization in dynamic environments
- Collaborative, cross-functional team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and receive feedback constructively
