We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Management engineering team. In your role you will be mainly developing, but not restricted to, ITSM, GRC/IRM and SecOps Streams.
Your ChallengeCustom Application Development and Module ConfigurationsSystem IntegrationWorkflow and Process AutomationPerformance Optimisation and TroubleshootingAdhere to Security and Access Control Management policiesYour ProfileAdvanced Scripting and Coding ExpertisePlatform Architecture UnderstandingProblem-Solving and Analytical ThinkingIntegration and Interoperability SkillsCollaborative CommunicationBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldTechnical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and IT infrastructureExperience of at least 5 years as ServiceNow ITSM DeveloperExperience of at least 3 years as ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps DeveloperCertified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Custom ApplicationsFluent written and spoken EnglishWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
