All three operating segments work together to deliver attractive financial outcomes for our clients, and superior shareholder returns.Through our behaviours of telling it like it is, owning it now, and moving it forward together with care and integrity; we are creating an exceptional place to work for exceptional talent.We will consider flexible working arrangements for any of our roles and also offer workplace accommodations to ensure you have what you need to effectively deliver in your role.Key Responsibilities for this role:You will be responding to client telephone enquiries as far as possible, prioritising and escalating appropriately when unable to resolve the issueDealing with incoming email and post, fund material, reports and investment information received from Head OfficeCreating and updating Presentations and SpreadsheetsProviding support on translations and translation reviewsDistributing marketing information to clientsDiary management including arranging meetings and providing support to Events TeamCreating and maintaining client database and mailing lists liaising with Investment Sales Dep.Assisting the sales team with diverse client reporting and administrative workloadAssisting also with internal reporting requirementsMaintain and optimise client data in our customer relationship management tool - SalesforceKey Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Ideally educated to University Diplomatura levelPrevious experience and a strong understanding of asset management and financial marketsFluent Spanish and English, both spoken and writtenExperience of working in an international environmentAdvanced MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel KnowledgeExcellent Organisational skillsTeam player, flexible and enthusiastic attitudeWork Level: ColleagueRecruiter Name: Hannah CurtisClosing Date: 31st October 2024We have a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture at M&G plc, underpinned by our policies and our employee-led networks who provide networking opportunities, advice and support for the diverse communities our colleagues represent.
