This position requires close interaction with internal and external stakeholders – other company functions, especially innovation, technical and legal teams, but also, customers' technical, IP consultants and patent attorneys.
The successful candidate is a team player with business-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and a solid technical background.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor IP activities on D&I, R&I and Home Cleaning Projects, identify needed actions and document them.
Carry out technological watch (on fields of interest) and economical watch (on customers and competitors).
Coordinate drafting and filing of new IP assets. And control maintenance of the assets.
Evaluate new technologies (FTO, existing alternative solutions, ...).
Coordinate actions against infringements and oppositions against other parties' patents.
