CAREERS EMEA Area Sales Manager Description As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing the international sales activity of the company with the goal of growth. You must conduct different market research to develop and implement the adequate sales initiatives and strategies with existing customers as well as new potentials. Primarily within the European region, but with expansion mentality towards Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Reporting to the Sales Manager and CEO.Duties and responsibilities: Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals. Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards. Account management of existing accounts guaranteeing customer satisfaction and sales continuity. Business development in new regions (expansion). Requirements and qualifications: Experience in: Technical sales and/or business development. Broadcast/telecom industry Video/audio solutions skills Sales and negotiation skills. Product presentation and ability with technical demonstrations. Decision making and problem-solving. Verbal and written communication. Full proficiency in English Ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels of the organization Self-initiative professional. Teamwork. Others International travel is required according to opportunities and projects status. Remote/Hybrid is possible for the right candidate.
