No previous AI experience is required. The work is focused on real software engineering problems including:Implementing new featuresRefactoring codebasesPerformance optimisationReviewing and validating codeCreating challenging coding tasks and reference solutionsWorking across existing and unfamiliar repositoriesPreferred SkillsPythonJavaNode.
JsGoRustC++ReactYou should have strong commercial software engineering experience, good knowledge of algorithms and data structures, and confidence working on complex technical problems.
Experience in backend development, full-stack engineering, system design, automated testing, code review or cybersecurity would be highly relevant.
