The Spain operation based in Barcelona is hiring a Sales Development Representative, who will be a key point of contact for customers. Your Responsibilities Your role will be to contact targeted companies, assess their needs and generate high‑quality sales opportunities for our sales teams. You will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and growing our B2B market. Contact companies using the databases provided. Identify and contact key decision‑makers, including business leaders, purchasing managers and other relevant stakeholders. Qualify prospects’ needs, assess their potential and gauge their level of interest. Accurately create and enrich prospect files in our CRM system. Transfer qualified leads to the sales teams or convert them directly when appropriate. Follow up on prospects who are unreachable or require further review. About You Proven and successful experience in B2B telephone prospecting or in a call centre. Excellent oral communication skills in Spanish. Ability to quickly capture and maintain attention during calls. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in following up and qualifying leads.
