 Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Mercado Español  Ubicación: Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona)  Experiencia: Entre 2 y 5 años  Sector: Tecnología | HR Tech | SaaS Sobre el proyecto Desde Retail Talent Group seleccionamos un/a Sales Development Representative (SDR) para una start-up tecnológica especializada en soluciones SaaS para Recursos Humanos, con más de 20 años de experiencia en el sector. La compañía es partner líder del ecosistema SAP, pionera en soluciones como SuccessFactors y Concur, y reconocida a nivel internacional por la calidad de sus proyectos y su enfoque end-to-end en la experiencia del empleado. Trabajan con clientes MidMarket y grandes organizaciones, ofreciendo soluciones innovadoras, escalables y de alto impacto. Tu rol Como SDR serás el primer punto de contacto entre la compañía y responsables de RRHH e IT en el mercado español. Tendrás un rol clave en la generación de oportunidades comerciales y en la construcción del pipeline de ventas. ¿Qué harás? Generar nuevas oportunidades para soluciones SaaS de RRHH mediante outreach multicanal (email, LinkedIn, llamadas, vídeo). Cualificar oportunidades inbound y outbound, identificando necesidades reales de negocio y alineándolas con la propuesta de valor. Investigar y mapear cuentas objetivo, identificando decisores clave en RRHH e IT. Probar nuevos mensajes, enfoques y estrategias comerciales, contribuyendo a procesos de Go-To-Market y outbound escalable. Colaborar estrechamente con
