SDR Team Lead Italian Market – Factorial Base pay range Transparent salary grids from €52.000 to €57.000, with a 70/30 split (fixed/uncapped variable) The Role Help in the recruitment and training process of new SDRs. Manage the team of SDRs for the Italian market. Make decisions based on key KPIs and boost your team’s productivity. Support your team in reaching their goals by delivering ongoing sales training and developing their skills. Motivate your team and provide constant feedback. Collaborate with Sales Managers, AEs, Marketing & Partner Managers on a unified Account Prospecting Strategy. Create a fun, high‑energy environment where people love coming to work. Maintain consistency in hitting individual and team MRR and Demo targets. Work with Sales Ops and Sales Enablement to implement the proper techniques and tools training. Work hand in hand with AEs Team Leaders and the Sales Director to give feedback on team performance. Requirements Proven experience as a B2B sales manager. Fluent in English and Italian. Data‑oriented: ability to make rational decisions based on data. Proactive and motivated. Lead by example: strong sales capabilities and goal attainment. Passionate about technology and sales.
