What you'll do
Support customers through the full purchasing process, including order entry, subscriptions and renewalsProcess orders, prepare correspondence and make sure customer requests are handled accurately and on timeWork with customers, partners and internal teams on pre-sales and post-sales queriesBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsLog customer interactions and keep the status of open service requests up to dateWhat you'll bringExperience in customer service, order processing, renewals or a similar roleFamiliarity with standard customer service practices and proceduresComfortable following set processes and guidelines with a high level of accuracyClear communication skills and a customer-first attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalentThe detailsContract: immediate start, until end of January 2027Fluent English, Nordic languares would be great but not a requirementLocation: remote, based in BarcelonaClient: global leader in design and engineering software#LI-TO1
