• Strategic management: define development strategy, procurement plan, and project procedures (PEP)
• Financial control and planning: monitor cost plan progress, master schedule, and risk register for accurate forecasts
• Leadership and communication: act as primary client contact and coordinate consultants, designers, and contractors
• Quality and compliance: ensure adherence to Quality Management System with inspections and workflows
• Reporting: prepare monthly status reports for client and Operations Management Responsabilidades
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or Architecture
• 5+ years of project management experience in a technical, complex environment
• Thorough understanding of full project life cycle from inception to post-project review
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills in an international context
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
