We currently have more than 2,700,000 consumers willing to share their behavioral data and give us their opinion in 27 countries.Our ambition is to be the most reliable, flexible, and powerful data source in the market, contributing to the future of market research through automation and innovation.Our Inside Sales team is responsible for receiving briefings from clients and working on their economic proposals. The team is now looking for the next representative who wants to develop his or her professional career in a dynamic and innovative company.As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:Elaborate tailor-made proposals and economic proposals for our clients, considering the market research methodology requested by the client, the number of interviews needed, the type of questionnaire, and the target audience.Calculate project viability using our internal tool and ERP to determine the prices.Review possible differences between the conditions that have been commissioned and the real ones found when working on the project (sample sizes, length of interview, quotas, etc.).Support the finance team by obtaining all the invoicing details needed by our clients to invoice the project within the agreed terms and conditions.Now that we’ve introduced you to the position of Inside Sales Representative, what skills, qualifications, and experience should you have?Interest in market research.Recent graduate from Social Sciences, Administration, Economics, or Marketing Degrees or maximum experience of 1.5 years.Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.Team player, organized, and multi-tasking.Good time management skills and attention to detail.A plus if you also speak French, Portuguese, or German.We offer you:The possibility to be part of a talented team, working with highly skilled individuals.A nice place to work, where we foster training, as well as professional and personal development.Flex Office: a mix of remote and in-office work to boost our productivity and promote a work-life balance.Flexible retribution: meal and transport tickets, kindergarten cheques, and/or private health insurance.Free coffee and fresh fruit once a week.We are an ethical and honest company that is wholly committed to its clients and employees.
