Role Description We’re hiring a Senior Data Solution Architect to join a global energy technology leader, driving the design, implementation and optimisation of data-driven solutions across a portfolio of large-scale projects.
This is a hands‑on, business-facing role. You’ll bridge product and engineering within a team of 3-5 Solution Architects, 50+ developers and 5-7 Product Managers.
What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end architecture design for large-scale data solutions on AWS and SnowflakeDefine coding standards, best practices and service usage patterns for developersAct as the central point of contact for technical guidance across multiple projectsPartner with product managers to turn functional requirements into scalable technical solutionsPresent architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholdersOwn complex project challenges as the primary technical contactWhat We’re Looking For Extensive experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale AWS implementationsStrong knowledge of S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Aurora, CloudFront, SQS, CloudWatch, SageMaker and AWS CDKProven Snowflake architecture and data integration expertiseAWS certifications (preferred)Experience leading in multicultural, cross-functional environmentsExcellent communicator, fluent in written and spoken EnglishWhy This Role You’ll be the architectural voice behind a large data analytics portfolio, shaping scalable, secure solutions that support a global leader’s transformation and the energy transition.
