Marketing Seo Manager Italian Market

Hello ðAt Factorial we're looking for a new SEO Manager for the Italian Market to help us support and scale our SEO & Growth team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of driving organic and AI-powered growth in Italy, you'll be in charge of owning the Italian SEO strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and improving organic performance across the funnel.

What you'll do
ðOwn and execute the SEO strategy for the Italian market, covering on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP deep-dives to identify growth opportunities.
Perform technical SEO audits and define priorities to improve site health and performance. Collaborate with content, product, and growth teams to integrate SEO into product and marketing initiatives.
Create data-driven content briefs aligned with user intent and conversion goals.
Monitor and analyze performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
Test hypotheses and iterate continuously to improve rankings, traffic, and lead generation.
What are we looking for? ð2–4 years of experience in SEO (agency or SaaS experience is a plus)Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and analyticsHands-on experience with tools such as GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming FrogData-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into actionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProactive, structured, and collaborative working styleNative or C2 level ItalianAbility to work across multiple stakeholders and teamsFactorial bets for potential and growth.
