Responsibilities:
Your role as an Email Marketing Specialistwill involve:
- Daily email marketing, coordination, creation, and execution of campaigns
- Daily work with data management systems, technical platforms, AI tools
- Analysis and optimization of email campaign performance (statistics, reports, etc.)
- Coordination with sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure that email campaigns for events and programs are communicated effectively worldwide.
- Solid knowledge about best practices of email and GDPR compliance
- Email marketing projects as needed, including redesigning HTML templates, email channel/industry improvements & updates, creative & design improvements, etc.
- Occasional coordination with agencies for creative and technical projects

Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following

qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in email marketing, working with some of these tools: Hubspot, Marketo, Mapp, Adobe Campaign or CRM Dynamics
- Hands on experience with HTML code, layout, and tools
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft tools
- Comfortable editing and revising content (in both English and Spanish) for email marketing purposes
- Experience with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite tools, etc.
- Knowledge in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.
- Native or bilingual level English
- Bilingual or professional proficiency Spanish
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field What you bring to the team:
