As a Cloud Engineer on the G Cloud team, you design, implement, and maintain scalable GCP infrastructure. You will drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC to enable fast, secure software delivery. You’ll partner with development teams to boost performance and reliability and mentor junior colleagues. The role supports Devoteam’s cloud-first mindset, enabling secure, compliant cloud capabilities at scale. This is an opportunity to shape cloud architecture within a cross-functional, technology-driven consultancy.
Responsabilidades- Architect, deploy, and manage scalable GCP infrastructure
- Implement and optimize DevOps practices to streamline processes
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development teams to improve performance and reliability
- Analyze and troubleshoot GCP environments
- Implement infrastructure as code for automated provisioning
- Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure documentation
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new cloud technologies
- Ensure security best practices and standards compliance
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in GCP infrastructure analysis and management
- Proven experience with cloud migrations to GCP
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services and best practices
- Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools
- Excellent scripting skills in Python and Bash
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of IaC (Terraform)
- Experience with monitoring and logging in cloud environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Fluency in English (B2/C1)
- Google Cloud certifications are a plus
