They manage 300,000 points of sale and work cross-functionally with over 1,000 chains (Carrefour, Generali, Toyota, Decathlon, Essilor, etc.) and over 4,000 SMEs in around 150 countries.ROLE & IMPACTThe Italian market was opened in 2018 from the Barcelona office and now has 18 people in the sales, service, and marketing departments. To date, the Italian market has more than 50 active customers in its portfolio and a horizontal presence across many sectors. We need a second person dedicated to marketing for the Italian market.MISSIONS of the Inbound-Growth Marketing
Lead GenerationDevelop and organize lead generation campaigns, both organically and paid.Manage the budget allocated to SEM campaigns.Write specific reports for campaigns with strategic KPIs.Content & CommunicationWrite and/or translate content for blogs, articles, or eBooks.Write and send newsletters to our prospects and/or customer databases.Publish landing pages via HubSpot.Manage social media pages.Track KPIs from different channels.BusinessDevelop marketing actions with other companies.Organize and assist in events and webinars.New projectsAs a fast-growing start-up, we welcome new projects and ideas to improve our marketing performance.IT'S A MATCH
2-3 years of experience in Marketing or Agency departments.Native Italian, excellent knowledge of English. Spanish and French are a plus.Strong knowledge in Inbound and Lead generation through SEO, marketing automation tools, and SEA (Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solution, Facebook for Business).Strong creativity in content creation.Experience in a SaaS company or agency.RECRUITMENT PROCESS
