Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end talent acquisition across the EMEA region within a global TA framework. You balance regional complexity with standardised global processes, driving modernisation, data-driven decision making, and credible advisory for business leaders. You will manage senior hires directly and develop a high-performing TA team to deliver quality, speed, and value. You contribute to regional strategy within the global TA function and shape cross-country hiring outcomes.

Responsabilidades
  • Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across EMEA with performance against quality, speed, and cost metrics
  • Take accountability for regional hiring outcomes aligned to business priorities
  • Balance local market requirements, labour regulations, and cultural considerations with global standards
  • Represent EMEA in global forums and articulate regional perspectives
  • Personally lead select senior/complex hires across the region
  • Lead and develop a team of 7 TA professionals and foster collaboration
  • Drive adoption of global TA processes, systems, and governance frameworks
  • Align regional delivery with global standards while allowing regional flexibility
  • Provide expert talent strategy advice to senior business leaders and HR across EMEA
  • Leverage data and analytics to track performance and inform hiring strategies
  • Contribute to global TA reporting and promote data-driven decision making
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and outcomes
  • Advance TA capability evolution and modernisation across EMEA
Requisitos principales
  • 12–15 years of progressive internal TA leadership experience delivering across the EMEA region
  • Manufacturing industry experience is highly desirable
  • Proven track record in recruitment outcomes across diverse geographies
  • Experience in a multinational, matrix organisation
  • Strong understanding of regional labour markets, regulation, and hiring practices
  • Experience shaping and evolving TA capability or operating models
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership in distributed, multicultural environments
  • Ability to balance global consistency with regional nuance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural influencing skills to VP level
  • Strong understanding of recruitment delivery, talent markets, proactive sourcing
