Overview

In this role, you support real estate agents through the transaction lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance and smooth progression to closing. You provide legal guidance, review and draft documents, and resolve complex issues that arise during deals. You’ll work closely with agents and internal teams to maintain process quality in a remote, globally distributed environment. The role offers the chance to impact transaction efficiency and legal risk management within a pioneering, fully remote real estate platform.

Responsabilidades

Review land registry reports (Notas Simples) to spot liens or encumbrances and assist in resolving issues before completion
Review, draft and assist with real estate-related documents (listing agreements, purchase offers, Contratos de Arras)
Provide legal guidance on procedures and requirements for real estate transactions, including VPO cases
Support agents throughout the entire transaction lifecycle to facilitate closing
Address obstacles in transactions by identifying solutions and coordinating with buyers, sellers, and agents
Collaborate with agents and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client experience
Identify potential legal or procedural risks and address them proactively
Attend team meetings and contribute to process improvements and initiatives
Other duties as assigned

Requisitos principales

Experience in real estate law, legal operations, conveyancing, or related field
Solid understanding of the Spanish real estate transaction process and related documents
Experience reviewing land registry reports (Notas Simples) and identifying legal issues
Knowledge of real estate contracts (listing agreements, purchase offers, Contratos de Arras) and buyer-seller agreements
Familiarity with Spanish property legislation and transactions like VPO
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for legal risk assessment
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to explain complex topics clearly
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in document review
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Customer service orientation and passion for supporting agents
Comfort with digital platforms and remote collaboration tools
