About the role
This is a customer-focused acquisition role within a fast-paced international environment. You will engage with potential customers in the German market and guide them through structured processes using internal tools and systems.
What will you do
- Engage with potential customers and follow structured communication guidelines
- Support users through onboarding and initial interactions
- Handle customer conversations in a professional and service-oriented way
- Record and update information in CRM tools accurately
- Contribute to customer engagement and overall conversion processes
Ideally you bring
- Strong German language skills (native or near-native)
- Experience in customer-facing or communication-based roles
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
