What you'll do
- Carry out mechanical assembly and integration of high-value hardware, working to detailed engineering instructions
- Report deviations and technical issues as they arise
- Feed observations and findings back to senior technicians to support continuous improvement What we're looking for
- Practical, hands-on mechanical/technical experience
- assembly, integration, or precision build work
- Ability to work methodically from written instructions and technical documentation
- Familiarity with quality standards and structured ways of working
- Background could come from automotive, motorsport, medical devices, aerospace, defence, precision machinery, semiconductor equipment, thermal systems, or similar high-precision industries Senior Technician (x1)
What you'll do
- Interpret engineering documentation and write clear work instructions for the team
- Lead root-cause analysis on technical issues and implement corrective solutions
- Act as the technical anchor for mechanical/thermal integration
- owning quality and mentoring junior technicians
- Support the wider team's development, sharing hands-on expertise and best practice What we're looking for
- Proven mechanical/thermal assembly and integration experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering documentation
- Experience troubleshooting and driving corrective action on technical issues
- A natural mentor, comfortable being the technical reference point for less experienced colleagues
- Background could come from automotive, motorsport, medical devices, aerospace, defence, precision machinery, semiconductor equipment, thermal systems, or similar high-precision industries
