As a Data Scientist in Catalog Games, you turn data into strategic insights that shape game design and player experiences. You work with designers, developers, and fellow analysts to define experiments and uncover opportunities across a portfolio of titles. Your analyses drive actionable recommendations, supported by visual storytelling for diverse stakeholders. This role blends rigorous analytics with cross-team collaboration to elevate data-driven decisions at scale.
Responsabilidades- Design, analyze, and present results from A/B tests to inform feature and game development.
- Conduct rigorous data explorations and develop models to uncover new opportunities.
- Deliver clear visualizations and presentations for varied audiences.
- Ensure data quality and accessibility to support informed decisions across teams.
- Evolve Catalog Games’ data science methodologies and tooling.
- Collaborate across games to share insights, tools, and learnings for the broader portfolio.
- Break down abstract problems into concrete analytical questions.
- Strong background in applied statistics, experimentation, and predictive modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for large-scale datasets (300M+ players).
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis, modeling, and automation.
- Solid knowledge of statistical methodologies, including A/B testing and experimental design.
- Experience with big data platforms (e.g., GCP/BigQuery, AWS).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative programming.
