El perfil debe de contar con experiencia técnica (no sólo operativa) en CRM automatización y orquestación de journeys de marketing y ventas. Formarás parte de un equipo senior y trabajarás en un proyecto clave para uno de sus clientes estratégicos cuyo stack se compone de:HubSpot (Sales Hub Marketing Hub Service Hub)AirCall (integración de telefonía)Google Tag ManagerGoogle Analytics 4La misiónGarantizar el óptimo funcionamiento y la evolución continua del ecosistema HubSpot del cliente: desde la incorporación de nuevos desarrollos hasta la resolución de incidencias y la capacitación interna del equipo.Tu rol será diseñar, implementar y optimizar flujos avanzados, crear dashboards útiles, configurar integraciones y ayudar al cliente a escalar sus capacidades internas.Responsabilidades claveDiagnóstico técnico del ecosistema actual de CRM y martech.Diseño e implementación de flujos automatizados de marketing y ventas.Segmentación de audiencias y lead scoring.Integración entre herramientas (HubSpot, GA4, AirCall, GTM, etc.).Configuración de propiedades personalizadas, workflows y reporting en HubSpot.Limpieza y volcado de BBDD de clientes en HubSpot.Acompañamiento al cliente en la maduración de su stack martech: formación, documentación y autonomía.Requirements3 años de experiencia real en proyectos de marketing technology.Conocimiento técnico sólido de HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub).Experiencia en integraciones entre plataformas (APIs, middleware, herramientas nativas).Conocimiento funcional de Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager y sus modelos de atribución/eventos.Mentalidad analítica, orientación a negocio y obsesión por el detalle.Capacidad de comunicar ideas complejas de forma simple (sin buzzwords).Benefits31 días de vacaciones retribuidas al año.Contrato indefinido con salario competitivo y bonus anualHorario flexible: L-J 9-18 h, V 8-15 h; jornada intensiva 1 jul - 1 sepModelo híbrido con alta flexibilidadSeguro de vida y seguro médico privado SanitasTalent Program: 3 000 / año en formación y certificaciones martech & IAProyecto de alto nivel con visibilidad estratégica y continuidad potencial.Equipo a tu cargo con altas expectativas de crecimiento.Cultura joven, dinámica y sin burocracia con alta visibilidad en el clienteKey SkillsControlling ExperienceDistributed Control SystemsPardotCrystal ReportsMarketing AutomationSalesforce Marketing CloudWarehouse ManagementHubSpotResponsysEmail MarketingLeadership ExperienceProgrammable Logic ControllersEmployment and VacancyEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
