Revlon , the leading cosmetic company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the French Market , who will be based in Barcelona Inscríbase sin demora Se espera un gran volumen de solicitantes para el puesto que se detalla a continuación, no espere para enviar su CV. This position is responsible for executing the Order to Delivery Process to support the sales department and serves as the first point of contact for customer service level performance. Customer service must follow operational KPIs daily to identify inefficiencies and implement actions to address them, always aiming for excellence in service levels. Essentials Responsibilities: -Manage customer service activities to ensure excellent service -Work closely with Supply Planning, Distribution, and Finance to achieve objectives and plans -Support Sales & Marketing to achieve sales plans, keep information up to date to share and validate -Coordinate databases (Customer & material master, etc.) are correct to avoid complaints, returns, and credits due to wrong data -Support customer requests, act as a central contact for any questions -Participate and engage in continuous improvement xcskxlj efforts to drive order process quality and efficiency Requirements: -Bachelor's Degree preferably in business/ or supply chain management, plus 2 -4 years' experience in B2B -Customer service knowledge -Skills in Microsoft Office - JDE or SAP knowledge - Native French language & Fluent in English language (C1)
