Today, we are proud to be more than 450 employees.RoleWe are looking for a Growth Manager with native French for the French market, to join our Marketing team at our offices in Zona Franca (Barcelona).ResponsibilitiesPlanning and coordinating acquisition and growth strategies to scale the customer base in line with FTB objectives.Supporting, coordinating, and collaborating with the internal performance marketing team to apply the latest practices, scale paid media campaign performance, and develop new acquisition strategies.Designing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing flows tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle.Collaborating with the product team to design and execute A/B tests on website elements, landing pages, and the sales funnel, with the goal of improving conversion rates.Working closely with the sales team on a weekly basis to align marketing and sales efforts, ensuring constant feedback exchange and steady progress toward monthly targets.Developing and executing strategies to improve retention.Collaborating with the customer support team to enhance efficiency in handling tickets and incidents.Close deals and partnerships with other companies that can help drive our growth.Collaborate with the Brand team to drive offline activations.QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.4+ years of experience in a similar role.Native level of French.
