Job Description We are hiring an Account Manager on the Supply team in our Barcelona office. You will build and nurture commercial relationships with French boat owners, helping them realize their business potential while ensuring a superior user experience. Team Structure Supply – handles boat owners and ensures high‑quality service. Sales – supports tenants through the booking process. Customer Care – assists customers after a booking is closed. Core Tasks Account Management (50%) – Develop commercial relationships, follow the booking funnel, analyze data and optimize actions. Onboarding new partners (20%) – Guide new French partners through listing creation and platform engagement; manage their portfolio. Acquisition (20%) – Acquire new partners via cold calling, responsible for the whole sales cycle. Business Operations (10%) – Conduct market analysis, achieve KPIs, improve operational processes.
