Nuestra clienta: Empresa centrada en la distribución de dispositivos médicos y quirúrgicos a nivel nacional.¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir para poder optar al puesto?Nuestros fundamentales son:Formación universitaria, preferiblemente Grado en ADE con Marketing.Experiencia demostrable en Medical Devices | ámbito quirúrgico en posición similar.Capacidad de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.Pensamiento creativo y resolutivo para solucionar problemas.Dotes de negociación y comunicación persuasiva.Disposición para viajar habitualmente.Compromiso con el proyecto.Nivel de inglés alto a nivel profesional.Residencia en Valencia.¿Qué te puede hacer destacar sobre el resto?Tendrás un plus y se valorará positivamente si:Otros idiomas (alemán, francés, italiano, etc).Tener una actitud proactiva, pero equilibrada por la prudencia.Contar con conocimientos técnicos de producto.Disponer de experiencia y contactos del sector en el territorio nacional.¿Cuáles serán tus funciones y responsabilidades?Durante el desarrollo de tu día a día te encargarás de cuestiones como:Marcar y controlar la estrategia y los objetivos de ventas.Coordinar y apoyar al equipo de ventas.Asistir a diferentes Congresos, Ferias médicas y foros de interés comercial para promocionar los diferentes productos de la empresa.Seleccionar distribuidores, agentes y personal de ventas.Visitar agentes, distribuidores y clientes.Detectar necesidades de cada cliente (comunicación y seguimiento).Negociar con clientes.Ampliar la cartera de clientes.Buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.¿Qué beneficios tendrás con el puesto?Formar parte de un proyecto consolidado, con equipo dinámico y proyección.Alto grado de responsabilidad personal e independencia.Plan retributivo atractivo: fijo + variable + coche de empresa.Si hasta ahora, te motiva lo que has leído, no dudes en apuntarte a la ofertaNos encantará acompañarte durante este camino y ser testigos de tu despegue a nivel profesional
