Build strong relationships with partners and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.Responsibilities:Cloud Strategy AlignmentYou will serve as the technical owner of our partners' business solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align their technology roadmap with Microsoft's cloud offerings. This includes understanding partners' business objectives, providing strategic guidance, and helping them leverage the full potential of the Microsoft cloud to achieve their goals.You will lead our partners through the complex process of cloud transformation, adopting a Technical Sales Challenger mindset to challenge conventional thinking. You will champion the adoption of innovative cloud technologies, accelerate time to market, and identify new business opportunities that drive our partners' success.Innovation and Tech IntensityYou will embrace a culture of innovation and inspire our partners to adopt a tech-intensive mindset. Stay at the forefront of emerging cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices. By providing thought leadership and encouraging experimentation, you will help our partners differentiate themselves in the market and drive transformative change.Relationship BuildingYou will cultivate strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor to CTOs (Chief Technology Officers), executives, and technical teams. Foster collaboration, trust, and open communication channels to ensure seamless alignment between our partners and Microsoft. By driving joint success and achieving shared business objectives, you will establish long-lasting partnerships.Ensures execution of technology strategy and/or digital transformation by providing technical expertise during implementation and driving technology adoption. Executes work to support the transformation of partners and their customers' technology capacity, capability, and co-selling across the engagement. Creates fundamental, mid-term technical development plans (TDP) in alignment with the Partner Business Plans (PBPs) and in collaboration with the Partner Development Manager (PDM), which is reviewed by others. Outlines the digital transformation journey and core wins. Builds technical engagement or capacity plan, captures baseline, and drives envisioning to support mid-term business plans. Provides analysis of overall partner needs and advises on gaps that would benefit from Microsoft solutions.Ensuring SuccessHelps the partner and its customers to be successful with their solution and digital transformations by helping to anticipate issues and how to address them in presales phases. Supports the development of business opportunities that enable them to expand into new markets and provides them with a competitive edge.Orchestrates execution and monitoring of projects/programs in accordance with the partner plan. Sets timelines and milestones, and tracks progress toward objectives. Builds industry knowledge and establishes technical credibility with partners to drive the project agenda.Differentiated Value PropositionDrives conversations that present the strategic relationship between Microsoft technologies and solutions, offers, and services compared to the partner's overall business goals and objectives.Creates and maintains a vision with business and technology solution scenarios and services that helps partners meet their business goals, achieve their long-term corporate vision, and maximize commercial success.Education and Thought LeadershipProvides input to virtual team members (e.g., Account Team) using a working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, partner accounts, digital transformations, and their context in the competitive landscape, and leverages knowledge when asked by others.Uses existing readiness resources to support development.
