Experiência en gestión de equipos de Atención al Cliente
- Valorable conocimiento en KYC/ AML
- Muy buena comunicación, sabe explicarse de manera clara
- Capacidad relacional, es capaz de establecer buenas relaciones con todas las partes involucradas en el proceso, tanto clientes como compañeros de otras áreas.
- Asertividad, es capaz de llevar la contraria y explicar claramente y con argumentos las razones
- Orientado al cliente, escucha activa, empatía, inteligencia emocional.
- Capacidad resolutiva, le gusta resolver problemas, incidencias, escalados,
- Capacidad de seguimiento de los casos y gestiones de clientes con otros departamentos, siempre con el objetivo de dar el mejor servicio.
- Idiomas: Inglés perfecto, se necesita diariamente, tanto escrito como hablado. Cualquier idioma adicional Europeo (Español, Frances, Italiano, Portugués, Alemán, ) es un plus
- Mínimo 4 años de Experiência en puestos de atención al cliente
