Responsibilities Generate leads from key clients based on consulting ideas. Co‑create next‑generation business models and processes to give clients a competitive edge. Synthesize end‑to‑end processes across planning, sales, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, plant maintenance, customer service, etc. Build solution roadmaps for customers using SAP best practices, S/4HANA, SaaS LoB solutions, and other products such as SFDC. Identify opportunities for digitization and automation leveraging AI, Blockchain, IoT, RPA, and other levers. Participate in assessments, due diligence and transformation workshops. Guide customers to build a business case for transformation initiatives. Drive direct engagement with business stakeholders and communicate in their language. Realise business blueprints, POCs, transformation plans, change impact and learning content. Moderate large workshops across procurement, manufacturing, finance, etc., guiding clients to identify requirements, gaps and roadblocks. Deliver S/4HANA minimum viable products, templates, complete products and pilots in your area. Obtain buy‑ins and acceptance from the business on delivered products. Participate in product roadmap discussions with partners such as SAP and Microsoft. Provide an independent point of view based on experience and product roadmaps from SAP and other vendors. Team Leadership You will lead a team of experts, mentor team members, provide solution reviews, give transparent feedback, and ensure reliable delivery. Required Skills Experience across the SAP Product Portfolio and SAP consulting. Deep functional (Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales) or technical (ABAP, UI5, Integration, Security, Basis) skills in one or two SAP ERP modules. IT architecture knowledge, including SAP architecture. Business acumen across multiple industry segments, value chain, financial health and future trends. Experience at C‑level and mid‑management stakeholder engagement. Experience in IT‑enabled transformation and operations. 14+ years hands‑on SAP consulting in a focused industry or skill set. At least 5 end‑to‑end projects in new SAP offerings. Experience as architect or lead in projects. Experience with Greenfield, Brownfield or hybrid projects. Transformation preparation / Phase 0 experience. SAP toolchain administration experience. Valid SAP certifications in relevant skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to present to C‑level executives and SAP Super Users. Solution proposal building and effort estimation skills. Multi‑tasking flexibility, team spirit and winning attitude. Preferred Skills Exposure to multiple SAP modules and skill areas. Hands‑on Service Delivery experience with SAP Sales. Prior business domain experience before IT. External publications in public domain on industry or skills area. Experience with tech stacks beyond SAP, e.g., SFDC, Microsoft. Personal Skills Strong analytical and lateral thinking ability. Pro‑active leadership. Customer‑focused mindset and relationship building. Drive for excellence and quality.
