You’ll be joining over 300 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security. Here are the detailsWhat You’ll DoDefine and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.Take ownership of architectural decisions, overseeing implementation while ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security.Support the development team in delivering high-impact initiatives on time.Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while maintaining an engaging and motivating work environment.Have fun.What We’re Looking ForA strong technical background with 5+ years of hands-on development experience2+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams, overseeing development processes, and driving technical decisions.Experience in customer facing systems is desiredHands-on experience with cloud services and infrastructure, preferably AWS.Ability to shape and adapt team processes and ways of working to align with the team needsProven ability to mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, fostering critical thinking, and enhancing decision-making skills.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-technical stakeholders and external business partners.Proven ability to lead initiatives from inception to successful delivery, collecting business requirements and converting them into actionable technical ones.Nice-to-HaveExperience with Domain-Driven Design and event-driven architectures.Experience in designing and implementing microservices within large-scale ecosystems.Why you’ll love it hereWe want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
