Project Architect – Househam Henderson – Madrid, Spain We’re looking for an enthusiastic project architect to join our growing international practice in Madrid, Spain. Key Responsibilities Typically engaged on a major client account, working with a variety of stakeholders and managing the project. Most projects are in the commercial sectors of data centres, logistics, offices, retail, and hospitality. Collaboration with Hyphen’s offices across Europe and Latin America, working on projects for world‑leading clients. Travel opportunities to projects outside Spain, primarily in Latin America and Europe. Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years’ experience, preferably across all project stages in the logistics or industrial sector. Good understanding of permitting and construction in Spain. Project management skills desirable. Strong design skills and technical knowledge. Solid working knowledge of Revit (minimum one year), AutoCAD, and MS Office. Confident verbal and written communication skills. Excellent team‑working skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Great organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English. Location & Working Arrangements The role is based in Madrid, Spain. Hyphen offers a hybrid working approach: up to two days from home with the remaining time in the Madrid office after the probation period.
