ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for accounting issuesResponsible for AP/AR and proper purchase proceduresFollow the company’s established accounting processesImprove, develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current proceduresAnalyze information and data by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying informationRespond to accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting dataProtect the Company's value by keeping information confidentialPrepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing InformationUpdate job knowledge and related skills proactivelyPrepare documentation for external auditorsAccomplish other accounting and organization missions assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceAbility to analyze, prioritize, and execute in a high-pressure environmentAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumif, etc.) and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze large data sets and build reportsMust have ability to work independently, be organized and accurateMust possess a positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes in workload and job requirementsExcellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills needed to develop collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teamsProficiency in English and Mandarin
