OverviewCustomer Success Specialist - German Native Speaker role at Graitec Group. We are a developer of high-performance BIM applications and Autodesk partner. This role focuses on securing renewals, onboarding, and adoption of Graitec IP and Autodesk core products by providing post-sales guidance to existing customers.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and communicate renewal quotes to drive customer renewal rateEncourage early renewalBecome a trusted advisor to our customers and advocate our IP products during renewalsEnsure customers derive maximum value from their Graitec/Autodesk solutions, utilize all licenses, identify new opportunities, ensure renewal, and collaborate with other teams to drive growthMonitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunitiesConduct outbound customer calls and emails with a required minimum number of customer contacts dailyUse CRM system to document all customer opportunities and activityExperience & RequirementsNative or professional level GermanUnderstanding of customer success principles, approaches and considerationsStrong empathy for customersStrong verbal and written skillsAbility to problem solve and think creatively to meet company expectationsProficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Fluent in English to collaborate across countriesAbility to build collaborative relationships within sales/support to improve customer experienceHighly skilled at multi-tasking with quick adaptability and learning abilityExceptional attention to detailExperience preferencesExperience in Customer Success, selling to customer needs with a consultative approachDemonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing or CAD markets is a plusExperience selling Autodesk or SaaS solutions is a plusInterview ProcessGraitec values diversity and inclusion.
