Overview Customer Success Specialist - German Native Speaker role at Graitec Group. We are a developer of high-performance BIM applications and Autodesk partner. This role focuses on securing renewals, onboarding, and adoption of Graitec IP and Autodesk core products by providing post-sales guidance to existing customers. Responsibilities Prepare and communicate renewal quotes to drive customer renewal rate Encourage early renewal Become a trusted advisor to our customers and advocate our IP products during renewals Ensure customers derive maximum value from their Graitec/Autodesk solutions, utilize all licenses, identify new opportunities, ensure renewal, and collaborate with other teams to drive growth Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities Conduct outbound customer calls and emails with a required minimum number of customer contacts daily Use CRM system to document all customer opportunities and activity Experience & Requirements Native or professional level German Understanding of customer success principles, approaches and considerations Strong empathy for customers Strong verbal and written skills Ability to problem solve and think creatively to meet company expectations Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Fluent in English to collaborate across countries Ability to build collaborative relationships within sales/support to improve customer experience Highly skilled at multi-tasking with quick adaptability and learning ability Exceptional attention to detail Experience preferences Experience in Customer Success, selling to customer needs with a consultative approach Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environment Working knowledge of Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing or CAD markets is a plus Experience selling Autodesk or SaaS solutions is a plus Interview Process Graitec values diversity and inclusion.
