CRM & Sales Force Effectiveness lead

Overview:
Gestiona la plataforma CRM y se asegura de que se utiliza correctamente de acuerdo con las normas y especificaciones de la empresa. Supervisa los KPI de SFE para satisfacer las necesidades de negocio y apoyar al departamento de ventas con datos de CRM/SFE a fin de concentrar sus esfuerzos en las áreas de mayor interés para la compañía.
Responsibilities:
Traducir las necesidades de negocio en aplicaciones o kpis de redes comerciales.
Administrador local del sistema de CRM (Veeva con ayuda del soporte externo del consultor de IT).
Proporcionar apoyo continuo a la fuerza de ventas en el territorio en todos los aspectos de CRM y asesorar sobre cómo desarrollar una metodología para optimizar la asignación de recursos.
Funciones de reporting, creación de informes SFE para el área de BI para dotar de capacidades analíticas a las áreas de responsabilidad.
Propuesta de mejoras y desarrollo de CRM, planificación estrategia a futuro para ver cómo debería ser la herramienta. Acciones encaminadas a mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia de la fuerza de ventas.
Desarrollo de herramientas analíticas, Power BI, Data Warehouse, gobierno del dato. Cuadros de mando.
Automatización, ingeniería de procesos.
Ámbito de responsabilidad España y Portugal.
Qualifications:
Experiencia y conocimiento de la industria farma mínimo 5 años.
Persona habituada al trabajo con proveedores, relación con terceros.
Conocimiento y manejo de OC, Veeva o Salesforce.
Office a nivel experto, Excel.
Perfil multidisciplinar, priorización de tareas.
Inglés nivel medio hablado.
Capacidad para gestionar proyectos, trabajo en equipo, liderazgo y adaptación al cambio, proactividad y espíritu innovador.
Perfil académico de ingeniería.
