Your Mission As a Technical Account Manager at BidMachine mediation you will be the technical backbone supporting our partner relationships. Working hand-in-hand with Account Managers, you’ll ensure that mobile app developers successfully integrate, optimize, and scale with Appodeal’s SDK and monetization platform. You’ll troubleshoot technical challenges, analyze performance data, and provide expert guidance that turns integration obstacles into revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities SDK Integration Support: Guide mobile app developers through the complete SDK integration process (Android, iOS, Unity) from initial setup to production deployment. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to SDK implementation, ad serving, performance, and compatibility across different mobile platforms and game engines. Performance Analysis: Analyze technical metrics (fill rates, ad requests, latency, crash rates) alongside monetization data to identify optimization opportunities and resolve performance bottlenecks. Partner Enablement: Work closely with Account Managers to deliver technical solutions that maximize partner revenue and app growth — providing hands‑on support during onboarding, updates, and optimization cycles. Documentation & Best Practices: Create technical guides, integration documentation, and troubleshooting resources to scale support and improve developer experience. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to escale bugs, communicate partner feedback, and influence SDK roadmap priorities. Proactive Monitoring: Monitor integration health across your portfolio, identify potential issues before they impact performance, and ensure partners are running optimal SDK configurations. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with mobile development trends, ad tech innovations, and platform changes (iOS/Android updates, privacy frameworks, new ad formats) to provide cutting‑edge technical guidance. Requirements 3+ years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, or developer relations role — ideally in AdTech, Mobile Gaming, or SDK-based platforms. Hands-on mobile development experience with at least one platform: Android (Java/Kotlin), iOS (Objective‑C/Swift), or Unity (C#). Strong understanding of mobile SDK integration, including experience troubleshooting third‑party SDKs, APIs, and debugging mobile applications. Experience working with ad mediation platforms, mobile ad networks, or monetization SDKs is a strong plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical logs, crash reports, and performance metrics to diagnose root causes. Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for developers and non‑technical stakeholders. Fluent in English (other languages like Spanish, Russian, or Portuguese are a plus). Customer‑focused, proactive, and passionate about helping developers succeed. Preferred Skills Knowledge of mobile ad tech ecosystem: ad formats (rewarded video, interstitial, banner), bidding, waterfalls, eCPM optimization. Experience with mobile analytics platforms (Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust) and debugging tools (Android Studio, Xcode, Charles Proxy, Postman). Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps. Understanding of mobile app privacy frameworks (ATT, GDPR, COPPA) and their technical implementation. Experience working in customer‑facing technical roles within fast‑paced, product‑driven environments. Problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently while managing multiple partner integrations simultaneously.
