Technical Support Engineer – PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) En Syntegon Telstar buscamos incorporar un/a Technical Support Engineer para integrarse en el departamento de PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) en nuestras oficinas de Terrassa para fortalecer nuestro equipo técnico. La persona seleccionada será responsable de coordinar propuestas técnicas, asistir a reuniones con clientes y colaborar en la definición de soluciones a medida para proyectos de liofilización , asegurando la calidad y viabilidad técnica de cada oferta. Responsibilities Coordinar y elaborar ofertas comerciales junto al equipo técnico. Dar soporte técnico a clientes y al equipo de ventas (remoto y presencial). Estimar costes y adaptar propuestas según los requisitos del cliente. Colaborar en el desarrollo de herramientas de ventas. Impulsar mejoras continuas en productos y procesos. Qualifications Formación técnica (ingeniería química, farmacia o similar). Experiencia en entorno multinacional en proyectos especiales (maquinaria o equipos del sector alimentario químico, farmacéutico). Experiencia de 3 años en ventas técnicas, soporte comercial o gestión de proyectos en sectores industriales o farmacéuticos. Inglés fluido (valorable segundo idioma). Español fluido. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y enfoque orientado al cliente. Muy valorable: Conocimiento en tecnología de liofilización. Additional Information Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
