We are currently looking for a stable incorporation of a Technical Support Engineer for our Noatum Automotive area (Autoterminals) will provide specialized technical assistance and expertise to ensure smooth operations in Autoterminals. If you are a proactive, dynamic, decisive person and, above all, you are eager to grow professionally, this is the project for you Come and join the Noatum Family Main Functions: Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues in vehicles, including EVs, PHEVs, HEVs, and internal combustion vehicles. Consultation and Analysis: Interpret automotive technical documentation to provide accurate solutions to complex problems. Quality Assurance: Monitor and control vehicle quality, ensuring all systems and components meet high standards. Client Support: Deliver specialized technical support to meet client-specific requirements, maintaining excellent service levels. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and share technical insights. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve service delivery and technical operations. Minimum requirements Education and Experience: • Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Electromechanics. • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector. • Deep knowledge of vehicle systems and components, including electric and hybrid technologies. • Experience in diagnosing technical and mechanical issues and consulting automotive technical information. Languages: • English level B2+/C1 (required). • Spanish level C1 or native. Other Requirements: • Own vehicle with a Class B driver’s license (for internal terminal movements). • Availability to work 100% on-site at AutoTerminalBCN.
