It constitutes a clinical research ecosystem that aims to advance personalized and precision medicine worldwide.Senior Accountant at SavanaThe Senior Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing key financial processes at Savana, including intercompany transactions, accounting review, tax compliance, and billing. The role supports revenue management processes and cash flow analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Additionally, the Senior Accountant promotes continuous improvement in financial accuracy and operational efficiency while providing analytical support for decision-making and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.Review and ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records.Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external advisors.Handle billing processes across different revenue streams.Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards.Support rolling revenue forecasts and cash flow analysis.Lead financial audits and prepare statutory filings (e.g., Prepare technical memorandums and perform financial analyses to support business decisions.Report any suspected incidents or propose improvements to enhance processes and controls.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting from a Spanish university. A Master's Degree or specialization in taxation or auditing will be valued.Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting, ideally within international environments or multi-entity structures.Strong knowledge of Spanish tax regulations, particularly VAT (SII system) and Corporate Income Tax (IS). Proven experience in preparing and coordinating financial audits and statutory accounts.
