Main Responsibilities Prioritize commercial needs by evaluating impact, urgency, and resource requirements; maintain a clear roadmap for the Commercial team. Lead and execute revenue-generating projects such as partner onboarding, sales initiatives, product launch support, and sponsorship activations. Build and optimize processes, documentation, and workflows to improve operational efficiency and team effectiveness. Coordinate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, Finance, and external partners to keep projects aligned and on track. Develop clear timelines, dashboards, and progress reports; identify risks and remove blockers quickly. Track performance metrics (pipeline movement, revenue impact, project status) and provide actionable insights to leadership. Requirements 4–7+ years in project management, commercial operations, or program coordination; sports/entertainment experience preferred. Strong ability to prioritize work across multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
